An incredibly easy and flavorful one-pan meal that’s rich in omega-3s and lean protein. Minimal cleanup for maximum nutrition.
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets (approx. 150g each)
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lemon, sliced
Salt, black pepper, and dried dill to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon fillets and asparagus on the baking sheet.
Drizzle everything with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dill.
Place lemon slices over the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender-crisp.
