1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
1/2 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
