A refreshing and muscle-recovering smoothie packed with protein, antioxidants, and essential vitamins. Ideal for re-fueling after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen is best)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

  • 1/2 banana (frozen for extra creaminess)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)

  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
