A perfect grab-and-go breakfast that’s packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats. Prepare it the night before for a stress-free morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (not instant)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)

  • Optional: Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir well.

  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6-8 hours).

  4. In the morning, stir well. Add a splash more milk if too thick. Top with chopped nuts and an optional drizzle of sweetener before serving.
